SSGA selects head of continental Europe for global institutional group

Gerben Lagerwaard was appointed head of continental Europe for State Street Global Advisors' global institutional group, a spokeswoman confirmed. He replaces Marie-Anne Heeren, head of European institutional business. Mr. Lagerwaard reports to Ms. Heeren.
