These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Managers of Wealth Network websites, including Managers of Wealth, Europe, Offshore, Asia, Americas, Middle East, Africa, FinTech, Funds and Legal, together referred to in these Terms as the “Sites”.
The Sites and subscription services are operated by Managers of Wealth Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17301670, with registered office at 2nd Floor, De Burgh House, Market Road, Wickford, Essex, SS12 0FD, United Kingdom.
By accessing the Sites, creating an account, subscribing to our services or using our content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Sites.
1. About these Terms
These Terms govern use of the Sites, accounts, subscriptions and content across the Managers of Wealth Network.
2. Changes to these Terms and the Sites
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on the Sites with the updated date.
We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Sites, including content, features, subscription options and pricing, where reasonably necessary for operational, editorial, legal, commercial or technical reasons.
Where changes materially affect paid subscribers, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected subscribers where appropriate.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate registration and subscription information and keep it up to date.
You must not share paid subscriber login details with unauthorised users. Individual subscriptions are for one named user unless the subscription plan expressly allows multiple users or wider group access.
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe an account is being misused, shared in breach of these Terms, used unlawfully, or used in a way that may harm the Sites, other users, our content or our business.
4. Subscription plans
Subscription plans, prices, access levels and renewal terms will be shown on the relevant subscription, pricing, checkout or invoice pages.
Subscriptions may include individual access, multi-user access, group or unlimited access, newsletter-only access or other account types made available by Managers of Wealth Limited.
Access to paid content begins once the subscription is accepted, payment or invoicing arrangements are confirmed, and the account is activated.
Unless stated otherwise, a subscription gives access for the subscription period purchased and does not transfer ownership of any content or intellectual property.
5. Payment, renewal and cancellation
Payments may be collected online through a payment provider such as Stripe or by invoice, bank transfer or another method agreed by Managers of Wealth Limited.
Where a subscription is set to renew automatically, renewal terms should be shown at checkout or in the subscription confirmation. You may cancel renewal before the next renewal date using the available account tools or by contacting subscriptions@managersofwealth.com.
Cancelling a subscription normally prevents future renewal; it does not automatically refund the current subscription period unless these Terms, applicable law or Managers of Wealth Limited expressly provide otherwise.
If payment fails or remains unpaid, we may suspend or restrict access until payment is resolved.
6. Cooling-off, refunds and digital access
For consumer subscriptions purchased online, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days, depending on the type of purchase and your location.
Where you request or are given immediate access to digital subscription content during any cancellation period, you may be asked to acknowledge that access starts immediately and that you may lose your right to cancel once digital access has begun, to the extent permitted by law.
Where digital access to Managers of Wealth content has started, subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current subscription period, except where required by law, where the content or service is faulty or not supplied as required, or where Managers of Wealth Limited agrees otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that may apply to you, including any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
7. VAT and taxes
Prices will be displayed on the relevant subscription, checkout or invoice page. Managers of Wealth Limited is not currently treated in these Terms as VAT registered unless a VAT number is displayed on the invoice or checkout page.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties or charges that may apply to your purchase in your own country or territory, except where we are legally required to collect them.
8. Permitted use of content
You may access the Sites and content for your own lawful business, professional, research or personal information purposes.
Unless expressly permitted in writing by Managers of Wealth Limited, you must not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, redistribute, sell, license, commercially exploit, systematically extract, archive, train artificial intelligence systems on, or create a competing database from our content.
You may download, print or save reasonable extracts of content for your own internal reference only, provided that copyright notices, source references and attribution are not removed or altered.
Any request to reproduce, syndicate, republish or commercially use Managers of Wealth content should be sent to subscriptions@managersofwealth.com before publication or use.
9. Intellectual property
All copyright, database rights, trade marks, design rights and other intellectual property rights in the Sites and content are owned by or licensed to Managers of Wealth Limited, its licensors, contributors or third-party rights holders.
The Managers of Wealth name, network names, logos, branding, page design, article layout, database structure, software and content are protected by intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the Sites, software, design, branding, article content, database or any other intellectual property.
10. News, aggregation, third-party content and links
The Sites provide wealth management news, research, commentary, opinion, aggregation, links and related information for professional and informational purposes.
Some content may refer to, summarise, link to or be based on third-party publications, press releases, public information or external websites. We aim to attribute sources where appropriate.
We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, reliability, legality or content of third-party websites, third-party publications or external links.
Links to third-party websites do not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
11. No financial, investment, legal or tax advice
The content on the Sites is provided for general information, news and editorial purposes only.
Nothing on the Sites constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, regulatory advice, a recommendation, an offer to buy or sell investments, or an invitation to engage in regulated financial activity.
You should obtain appropriate professional advice before making financial, investment, legal, tax or business decisions.
12. Advertising and sponsored content
The Sites may display advertising, sponsorship, paid placements or promotional content.
Advertising does not constitute endorsement by Managers of Wealth Limited unless expressly stated.
Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and compliance of their advertising materials and linked destination pages.
13. Availability, security and viruses
We aim to keep the Sites available and secure but do not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from defects.
We may need to suspend access for maintenance, security, updates, hosting changes, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for using appropriate security software, browser settings and device protections when accessing the Sites.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, Managers of Wealth Limited is not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of data or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use the Sites.
Where you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
15. Privacy and cookies
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Sites may use cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies may be needed for login, security, account access, subscription access and payment journeys. Non-essential cookies should only be used where permitted by law and, where required, with consent.

16. International users
The Sites are operated from the United Kingdom but may be accessed internationally.
You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Sites is lawful in your country or territory.
These Terms are intended to apply across the Managers of Wealth Network, but nothing in these Terms excludes any mandatory consumer protection or data protection rights that apply to you in your country of residence.
17. Termination or suspension
We may suspend or terminate access to the Sites or subscription services where you breach these Terms, misuse the Sites, fail to pay subscription fees, share access unlawfully, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the Sites in a way that may cause harm or legal risk.
You may stop using the Sites at any time and may cancel subscription renewal as described in these Terms.
18. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings in another country or territory.
