UBS ponders dealmaker bonuses for funnelling clients to wealth unit
UBS is considering offering its investment bankers a special bonus when they refer clients to its wealth management unit. The Swiss bank would offer payments to dealmakers in Asia and Europe who successfully attract assets to its wealth unit, according to Bloomberg, which cited people familiar with the matter.
