Wealth firm seals deal for Bath-based adviser
Fidelius Financial Holdings has struck a deal to buy Money Wise Independent Financial Advisers. Fidelius acquired the holding company of Bath-based IFA on 1 July for an undisclosed sum. The purchase has received Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) approval.
