Rip-off banking fees are choking company flotations, warns OECD

Companies and investors lose out when businesses float on the stock market because banks and other advisers are charging extraordinary fees, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development has warned. If this puts companies off raising equity finance, then it means less investment and less economic growth, the group fears.
