Lighthouse investors give £46m Quilter deal thumbs up
Lighthouse shareholders have overwhelmingly backed Quilter's £46 million deal to buy the firm. Around 75% of Lighthouse's investor base cast votes at a meeting to approve the deal, which had been announced last month. Of those that voted, 92.38% voted in favour of the deal, with the remainder against.
