ANZ gives its executives a pay rise
ANZ chief executive Mike Smith has retained the title of the nation's highest paid banker after winning a pay rise that lifts his package to $10.4 million. Mr Smith earned a total package of $10.4m last year, up from $10.1m, according to the banks annual report released today.
