EdRAM (Suisse) to merge with EdR (Suisse)
Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management (Suisse) will merge with its parent company Edmond de Rothschild (Suisse) on 30 June 2020. According to a statement issued by the firm, all the assets and liabilities of EdRAM will be transferred to EdR on the day of the merger.
