Hillgarth joins JPM Overseas IT board
The JPMorgan Overseas Investment Trust has appointed Tristan Hillgarth as an independent director, bolstering the non-executive directors to five. Hillgarth has worked in asset management for 30 years, including a 14-year stint at Invesco Perpetual where he was UK and Europe chief executive for a time.
