HK, UK regulators sign fintech agreement
Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission has entered into a cooperation agreement with the UK Financial Conduct Authority to foster collaboration in support of fintech innovation. Under the agreement, the regulators will cooperate on information sharing and referrals of innovative firms seeking to enter one another’s markets.
