RBS overhaul sees Adam & Co become Scottish ringfence
Adam and Company will become the ringfenced legal entity for Royal Bank of Scotland’s Scottish business. The move was part of a raft of changes with RBS banking brands and structures. RBS will transfer most of its existing personal, private, business and commercial customers to Adam Co.
