Residential property prices will rise by 0.8% in the third quarter of 2025.
The Swiss Residential Property Price Index (IMPI) rose by 0.8% in the third quarter of 2025 compared to the previous quarter, reaching 124.3 points (fourth quarter 2019 = 100).
