Stonepeak to Acquire BMO Transportation and Vendor Finance

Stonepeak and BMO Financial Group  have announced that they have reached an agreement whereby Stonepeak will acquire BMO’s Transportation Finance and Vendor Finance businesses (collectively, “BMO Transportation and Vendor Finance”).
