UBS completes the sale of its 51% stake in UBS Hana Asset Management to Hana Securities
UBS Asset Management has completed the sale of its 51% stake in UBS Hana Asset Management Company Ltd to Hana Securities, following the exercise of their buyout option. The transaction has received all necessary local regulatory and other approvals and Hana Securities now owns 100% of the business.
