The survey, which covered 1,000 City of London staff, also found that wealth managers and private bankers expect to receive an annual bonus worth on average £59,196 $87,000, amounting to about 60% of their salary.
Its main findings showed that the total wealth of private households in the UK, which includes wealth from private pensions, was over £11 trillion.
These 400 households collectively comprise 0.0001 percent of taxpayers, but accounted, by themselves, for roughly 1.5 percent of all income.
